CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: 

You are welcome to cancel your Couples Success Communication Secrets LIVE subscription membership at any time.

There are no cancellation fees

You will need to cancel at least 1 business day before your renewal date to prevent the next month or year's subscription from being processed and billed. 

Please be aware, we do not prorate or provide any refunds during your membership. If you decide to cancel your monthly or annual subscription you will have access to the membership portal until your renewal date. 

If you enrolled in an annual subscription and wish to cancel, you may submit your cancellation request before Day 30 and receive a full refund.

Your access to the membership portal will be removed along with any bonuses you received in a digital format. You will no longer have access to the Couples Success Portal or any of the related information.

To cancel your Couples Success, Communication Secrets membership, email support@couplessuccess.com please indicate your request to cancel the specific membership (Eg, Communication Secrets LIVE), the full name, and the email address you used at check out when you originally enrolled.

Couples Success Courses, not including Communications Secrets Membership Club or Marriage Mend.
